Summer holidays are almost over. But to make the last days happier, we’ve made refreshing summer vegan ice cream. Prepare yourselves for a real treat:)
Ingredients (serves 4):
250 g frozen bananas
100 g frozen red currants
100 g frozen rhubarb
Instructions:
Blend all fruit in a food processor. First blend bananas. Then slowly add the rest of the fruit and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
