Not enough time to make breakfast Or maybe you simply love sweet breakfast? Here’s the recipe for breakfast dedicated to people who don’t like spending too much time in the kitchen or are too busy to do so;) Simple, sweet and delicious breakfast!
Ingredients (serves 1):
2 slices of sweet braided bread (best if not too fresh)
5-6 tbsp plant based milk (e.g. vanilla soy milk)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown/ coconut sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
Additionally:
homemade jam (e.g. raspberry)
Instructions:
Pour the milk into a small bowl. Combine sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Soak the bread in the milk and coat in sugar and cinnamon.
Fry in the vegetable oil, until golden brown on both sides. Serve with favorite jam. Enjoy:)
