MILLET AND CAROB PUDDING


Another weekend has begun, so it's time for some dessert. This time: it's sugar free and gluten free dessert but still sweet. We must admit that puddings always bring back our childhood memories as our Mum used to prepare puddings for dessert quite often.




Ingredients (serves 2):

100 g dried millet
150 ml plant based milk (e.g. soy milk)
2 over-ripe bananas
4 tbsp carob powder


Instructions:
Cook the millet and leave to cool. Put the millet into the bowl. Cut the bananas and add to the millet. Add carob and cover with the milk.Blend the mixture until it’s smooth. Enjoy!
