Tofu is far from disgusting. It’s a perfect source of plant based protein. We like working out and in the mornings there’s often not enough time to prepare well balanced meal before or after morning workout. That’s why we decided to add tofu to our post and pre workout energy drinks. Here’s the recipe for protein energy drink. It’s not only healthy but it’s also a perfect alternative to people who do sports and people who like healthy breakfasts that are easy to prepare.
Ingredients (serves 1):
90g tofu
2 tbsp almond butter
1 cup plant based milk
1 banana
4 dates
Instructions:
All you need to do, is to blend all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. That’s it! Enjoy!
