There’s no point in wasting any time early in the morning - let’s have some workout! And after workout we need to regain our strength. Here’s the recipe for a post workout energy drink with some healthy plant based fat from avocado. Let’s exercise, drink and start the week with the vegan power!
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp goji berries
2 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
fresh juice of 1 orange
1.5 cup plant based milk
You just need to blend all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. That’s it! Enjoy!
