MILLET FLAKES WITH RAISINS, PUMPKIN AND BANANA MOUSSE (gf)

Oatmeal is the easiest and the fastest way to prepare good healthy post workout breakfast. But monotonous diet is far from healthy. Here’s the recipe for millet flakes - delicious, nutritious, light and gluten free. Serve them with banana and pumpkin mousse with some raisins and There you go - perfect sugar free but sweet breakfast!




Ingredients ( serves 2):

6 tbsp millet flakes
2.5 tbsp raisins
6 tbps pumpkin puree
1 banana
2 tbsp agave syrup


Instructions:

In a bowl combine millet flakes with raisins and cover with hot water. Cover and leave for about 10 minutes.

Combine pumpkin puree with banana and agave syrup.

Take a glass/ serving bowl and put a tablespoon of mousse on the bottom, then a tablespoon of flakes and then mousse again. Repeat the layers two more times.
