BLUEBERRY CHIA PUDDING (gf)


Another recipe for the weekend’s dessert is here! Vegan pudding - sugar free, gluten free but full of flavor! It’s easy to make,  delicious and offers plenty of nutritional benefits coming from chia seeds.




Ingredients (serves 2):

4 tbsp coconut milk
1 cup plant based milk
2-3 tbsp maple syrup/dates syrup
1/2 cup blueberries
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp almond flakes


Instructions: 

Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Then put the mixture into the glasses/ dessert cups. Put some blueberries/raspberries, almond flakes and goji berries on top. 

Allow the mixture to rest over the night. Enjoy!
