POSTWORKOUT CHOCOLATE DRINK


Last weekend we spent time with our families enjoying vegan desserts. So instead of having a cup of coffee, we need to start this week with a good workout. But after workouts we need to refill the energy. We keep looking for well balanced post workout meals. Here’s the recipe for delicious chocolate energy drink full of plant based protein. As soon as you try it, you’ll forget about tiredness and you’ll increase the level of endorphins released during workout.




Ingredients (serves 1):

90g tofu
1 cup plant based milk
1 frozen banana
1 tsp hemp protein powder
2-3 tsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut shreds


Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. Enjoy!
