How about a salad which is served hot? Why not especially after weekend full of vegan desserts;) Here’s the recipe for a salad with purple cauliflower and beans sprinkled with sesame seeds. Get your frying pans ready and prepare your lunches or dinner as this recipe can be used at any time of the day!
Ingredients (serves 2-3):
200g purple cauliflower
2 handfuls green beans
4 carrots
1 onion
olive oil
salt
black pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions:
Divide cauliflower into small florets. Put the beans to the boiling and salted water and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Peel the carrots and slice them using vegetable peeler. Peel and cut the onion into thin slices. Heat the olive oil on a frying pan and add the cauliflower. Fry for about 4 minutes while tossing. Then, add carrots and fry for about 2 minutes while tossing. Rinse cooked beans and add to the rest of the veggies together with the onion. Mix everything and fry for 2-3 minutes while tossing.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot. Enjoy!
