PEACH PIE


You can buy peaches at almost any grocery for the entire year. Here's the recipe for a delicate peach pie. Homemade, vegan and delicious.




Ingredients:

2 tbsp ground flaxseed + 6 tbsp hot water
160 g sugar
300 g wheat flour
120 ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp baking powder
100 ml soy milk
3 peaches

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine flaxseed meal with hot water. Add sugar and mix until the mixture is smooth. While mixing, add milk and slowly add oil. Then, add sifted the flour and baking powder into the mixing bowl.



Put the batter into a small springform pan covered with baking sheet.
Cut the peaches into halves and put them on top of the cake.


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Bake for about 45-50 minutes (until wooden skewer comes out clean).


Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
