We love energy drinks and smoothies. Sometimes they serve as a substitute for a meal, sometimes they serve as the greatest source of vitamins. Here’re two recipes for such drinks with the use of mango.
MANGO ENERGY DRINK (gf)
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 small bananas
1 mango
300 ml vanilla soy milk (or natural)
Instructions:
Cut the fruit and put into the blender. Cover with milk and blend until you get smooth mixture. That’s it, enjoy:)
MANGO SMOOTHIE (gf)
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 mangos
1 banana
1.5 cup ice cubes
½ cup water
Instructions:
Al you need to do, is to blend all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. Enjoy!
