Here’s the answer to this question. It’s easy to make and really delicious - tofu nuggets. You and your guests will love them! It’s a perfect alternative for kids and adults who are not the fans of tofu.
Ingredients:
180g tofu
salt
black pepper
2 tbsp chickpea flour
1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
vegetable oil/ olive oil
Instructions:
Cut tofu into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper. Coat each tofu slice in chickpea flour and sesame seeds.
Fry on a vegetable oil/ olive oil or grill. Serve with bread/ potatoes/rice etc.
