When the first summer in M.’s vegan life arrived, the first thing she thought about was ice-cream. Of course vegans can always have sorbets but what she really missed was the vanilla flavor of traditional ice-cream. Here’s what can be the greatest substitute for such longing in summer - homemade vegan ice-cream. They’re delicious and full of flavor: pistachios for the fans of nuts, traditional strawberry ice-cream and mojito for those of you who look for fresh flavor in summer. You will not find such ice-creams at local ice-cream parlors. And when you make them yourself, you will love them even more!
