YOUNG CABBAGE WITH DILL
2/3 young cabbage
salt
7 black pepper grains
1 teaspoon coconut oil
bunch of dill
4 bay leaves
Chop the cabbage and put it into the boiling, salted water. Add pepper grains and bay leaves. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, until the cabbage is soft. Drain off the water.
Preheat the coconut oil on a frying pan. Add the cabbage, season with salt and pepper. Fry for a while. Then add chopped dill.
VEGAN MEATBALLS
200 g red lentil
100g rice
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed + 6 tablespoons hot water
salt
black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
handful of fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Instructions:
Cook the lentils and rice as recommended on the packages. Chop parsley finely. In a small bowl, add the flaxseed meal and water. Stir to combine.
Drain the lentils and combine it with rice in a mixing bowl. Add chopped parsley and season with spices. Add flaxseed mixture. Mix well.
From the mixture shape small balls the size of a walnut.
Fry the meatballs both sides until golden brown.
