CHIA PUDDING WITH PUFFED RICE AND FRUIT

Do you still remember puffed rice that used to be so popular in the past? We do and that used to be something special. There’s always something you can make out of it. Check out our recipe for chia pudding with puffed rice and fruit. Breakfast does not have to be boring! Especially when it’s vegan.





Ingredients (serves 2)

200ml almond milk (or other plantbased milk)
3 tbsp chia seeds
a few strawberries
1 banana
4 tbsp puffed rice
2 tbsp coconut shreds
2 tbsp dried cranberries



Instructions:

The day before add chia seeds to the milk, mix and leave in the fridge for the night.

The next day, use a glass jar or a glass to fill with the pudding layers:

first 1 tbsp puffed rice on the bottom

then milk with chia seeds

a few strawberries and banana slices

1 tbsp dried cranberries

then milk with chia seeds again

puffed rice

milk with chia seeds

sliced fruit and sundried cranberries

milk.

Top with a few slices of strawberries and banana and 1 tbsp coconut shreds.

Simple and delicious! You can store it in the fridge up to 2 days.
