Ingredients (Serves 2):
6 tablespoons quinoa flakes
water
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 banana
4 tablespoons blueberries
Instructions:
Place quinoa flakes and banana (cut into slices) in a small pan. Cover the flakes with water - about 1 cm above the surface of the flakes. Cook until banana is soft and starts to fall apart. Add chia seeds and mix well. Serve with blueberries on top.
