OATMEAL WITH PEACH AND MARINATED TOFU


Today another recipe for an oatmeal. This time served with marinated tofu and peach. It’s nutritious and will provide you with the energy for the entire day or increase the energy you lost during your workout.





Ingredients (serves 1)


4 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon raisins
1/2 can of peach (or fresh if available)
1 banana
40 g natural tofu
fresh juice of 1 orange
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
water
pinch of cinnamon
Instructions:
Cut tofu into cubes. Mix orange juice with maple syrup and pour over tofu. Leave tofu in the marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Mix rolled oats with raisings and soak in hot water so that the water is 0.5 cm over the oats. Cover the bowl with the oats and leave for at least 10 minutes (until the oats become soft).
Cut the peach and banana into slices.
When the oats get soft, add fruit and marinated tofu. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
