Sweet vegan breakfast. Moment of pleasure in the morning. Healthy and good source of energy - millet!
Ingredients (serves 2):
100g millet groats
1 banana
1 apple
1 pear
6 tablespoons plant-based milk
4 teaspoons agave syrup
6 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
handful of roasted almonds
Instructions:
Boil the millet as recommended on the bag. Slice the banana. Peel apple and pear and cut them into small pieces. Blend strawberries. Put the millet into a bowl. Add milk, fruit and agave syrup. Mix well. Top with strawberry sauce and roasted almonds.
