MILLET PUDDING

Do you need an easy recipe for Sunday dessert? Here it is - vegan and gluten-free millet pudding. Easy to make and delicious :) Just serve it with strawberry sauce to make it look and taste even better.





100g millet groats
2 bananas
200ml plant based milk (almond)
3 tablespoons agave syrup
Sauce:
200 g strawberries
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons xylitol/ sugar
Instructions:
Rinse the millet under cool running water (to remove slight bitter taste). Cook it according to directions on the package, or even a few minutes longer.
When it’s ready, drain the water and blend millet groats with plant based milk (almond) and agave syrup.
In a separate mixing bowl, blend strawberries with water and sugar. Serve the millet pudding with the strawberry sauce on top.
