4 medium bananas
100 ml coconut oil
120 g sugar
255 g flour
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal plus 5 tablespoons of hot water, teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla aroma/ almond aroma
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
Mash bananas with a fork. Add melted butter and sugar. Mix everything.
Add hot water and a teaspoon of sugar to flaxseed meal and mix well. Add flaxseed mixture to bananas. Add aroma, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Slowly add sifted flour.
Mix all the ingredients and pour the cake mixture into the tin covered with baking sheet. Bake for about 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees C.
