PEANUT BUTTER AND DATE MILLET CAKE

Today it’s time for a real sweet plant based treat!Creamy, sweet but sugar free peanut butter and date cake with chocolate frosting. And yes, it’s also gluten free;) Get ready for some work out, as there will be some calories to burn!



Ingredients:

100g dry millet
8 tbsp peanut butter
10 tbsp soy milk
4 tbsp chia seeds
200g dates

Frosting:

100 g dark chocolate
6 tbsp soy milk
2 tbsp erythritol



Instructions:

Rinse millet, cook and leave to cool.

Place the millet in a blender. Add peanut butter, soy milk, chia seeds and dates. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into the baking tray.



Meanwhile, prepare the frosting. Melt chocolate, milk and erithritol in warm bath. Mix and slowly pour onto the millet mixture placed in the baking tray. Decorate with nuts.

Cool in the fridge for at least 12 hour.
