CHOCOLATE MILLET WITH BANANA AND NUTS


After the long May weekend, we’re beginning the day with light breakfast. Millet, nuts, banana and cacao powder.  Chocolate and nutritious breakfast, also for those of you are gluten, milk and chocolate sensitive :)



Ingredients (serves 2):

100g dry millet
4 tbsp coconut milk (solid layer)
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp cacao powder
banana
nuts


Instructions:

Cook millet until soft. Drain and blend with coconut milk, cacao powder and agave syrup. Serve with sliced banana and favorite nuts. Enjoy!
