Friday at last! We’ve been waiting for it since Monday;) But today’s recipe for dessert is not going to be too sweet. We will even make it a bit sour - with cherries. Here’s the recipe for cherry soup with noodles. Dessert for lunch? Why not!
Ingredients (serves 3-4):
1-1.5 l of water
250 g cherries (fresh or frozen, seeds removed)
1-2 tsp cinnamon
50 g sugar
soy cream/ coconut milk (optional)
Noodles:
120 ml water
6 tbsp wheat flour
Instructions:
Boil the water. Add the cherries to the boiling water and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Add sugar, cinnamon and mix well.
Prepare the noodles. Combine water with flour in a cup (the consistency of batter should be thicker than for pancakes, add more flour if necessary).
Put small portions of the batter (using the tablespoon) into the soup. Cook until the noodles float. You can serve the soup with soy cream or coconut milk. Enjoy!
