RICE AND BLUEBERRIES ENERGY DRINK (gf)


Let’s begin this week with new energy that will be useful in everyday activities especially when a very busy week is ahead of us. Our recipe for today’s breakfast: rice and blueberries energy drink, sugar free and nutritious. It will provide you with the energy from the early morning.






Ingredients (serves 4):

3 cups plant based milk
1.5 cup rice flakes
1 cups frozen blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 frozen bananas
4 tbsp agave syrup
fresh juice of 1/2 orange


Instructions:

Bring 1.5 of milk to a boil. When the milk comes to a boil, slowly add the flakes and cook over low heat, stirring continuously. Leave the flakes to cook and put into the blender. Add the rest of the milk, blueberries, frozen bananas, orange juice and agave syrup. Blend all the ingredients well. If necessary, add some water. Enjoy!
