PUMPKIN WAFFLES (no yeast included)


There are some meals that we you will never get bored with. Waffles are one of them. The autumn has come so it’s time for another pumpkin recipe - pumpkin waffles, but this time without yeast. They are delicious but not low in calories. So don’t forget about doing your workout;)





Ingredients (about 10 waffles):

1 cup grated pumpkin
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp sugar
a few drops vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 cups plant based milk
1-1.5 tsp baking powder
2.5 cup wheat flour


Instructions:

Blend grated pumpkin with vegetable oil until you get smooth mixture. Put blended pumpkin into the mixing bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar and mix until you get smooth mixture. Then, add milk, salt, vanilla extract and keep mixing. Sift dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) and add to the batter. Mix all the ingredients. Bake for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. 


We used waffle iron of 1400 W. If your waffle irons’ power is less, the cooking time will be longer. Serve with favorite toppings. Enjoy!
