We, as well as our kids, love energy drinks and smoothies. They’re perfect for breakfast or lunch for work or to school. Here’s the recipe for a drink with millet and raspberries combined with plant based milk. It will provide you with lots of energy in the morning.
Ingredients (serves 3)
6 tbsp cooked millet
2 cups soy milk (vanilla)
1 cup raspberries
1 frozen banana
4 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions:
You just need to blend all ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. Enjoy!
