SCRAMBLED TOFU WITH MUSHROOMS AND CHILI (gf)

It’s time for the recipe for vegan breakfast - nutritious and rich in plant based protein. Scrambled tofu with mushrooms and chili pepper. After such breakfast you can easily start your day.




Ingredients:

90g tofu
4 mushrooms
1/4 chili pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
salt
black pepper
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)


Instructions:

Slice the mushrooms and chop chili pepper. Preheat the coconut oil on a frying pan, add mushrooms i chili and fry for a while ( about 2 minutes). 


Add crumbled tofu (or tofu crushed with a fork). Season with some salt, pepper and curry powder. 


Mix and fry for about 1 minute. Enjoy!
