VEGAN VANILLA PUDDING


When we were little kids, pudding was one of our favorite desserts. We had it with cherry syrup or black cherries. So good! Now it’s time for our vegan version of this dessert - vanilla pudding with raspberries and coconut shreds.




Ingredients (serves 2)

1 package vanilla pudding with sugar
500ml plant-based milk
1 cup raspberries
4 tbsp coconut shreds
dark chocolate for decoration


Instructions:

Take half a cup of milk out of the measured amount. Bring the rest of the milk to boil. Combine the milk ina cup with pudding powder. Pour the mixture to the boiling milk and mix well. Cook for about 2 minutes. Take high glasses and place the pudding in layers: raspberries, coconut shreds and pudding. Decorate each pudding with chocolate shreds on top. You can eat it when it’s hot or put it into the freezer for a few hours. Enjoy!
