QUINOA FLAKES WITH FRUIT


Do you work out in the morning? Or maybe you jog or swim before having breakfast? There’s nothing better than a good breakfast after hard workout :) We like breakfasts that are nutritious but easy to make. Perfect for those of you who have busy life. Here’s the recipe for quinoa flakes with banana and fruit that are currently in season. Vitamins and the taste of summer in one!





4 tbsp quinoa flakes
banana
handful of cherries
a few strawberries
2 tbsp coconut milk (solid layer)



Instructions:

Soak quinoa flakes in hot water and leave it for 4-5 minutes. Cut the banana into slices and add to the flakes. Add coconut milk and mix. Cut the strawberries into quarters, pit cherries and cut them into halves. Put the fruit on top of quinoa flakes. That’s it, enjoy:)
