3 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley
100 g natural tofu
⅔ chili pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 handfuls of favorite lettuce mix
4 tablespoons cooked bulgur
salt
fresh juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
black pepper
Instructions:
Cut radishes, tomatoes and tofu into cubes. Chop chili finely and add to tofu. Put lettuce mix, tomatoes and radishes to the bowl.
Pour soy sauce on a hot frying pan and add tofu with chili. Fry for a while until tofu is golden brown. Add tofu to the salad. Add cooked bulgur.
Sprinkle the salad with fresh parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with some salt and pepper.
