300 g wheat flour
1 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons sugar
1 apple
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions:
In a small bowl, add the flaxseed meal and water. Stir to combine. Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. Pour flaxseed mixture into a mixing bowl, add sugar and mix everything until the mixture is smooth. While mixing, add coconut oil. Add milk, chia seeds and mix for a few minutes. Sift dry ingredients and add to the rest of the batter. Add the apple to the batter and mix with a spoon. Pour batter into a hot pan and fry it on both sides. Serve with favorite fruit, icing sugar or maple syrup.
