The color of this smoothie is amazing, even hypnotizing. Blueberry smoothie with tofu and chia seeds. It’s perfect for breakfast and great for a post workout meal. But be aware, it can be addictive ;p
Ingredients (serves 2):
300 ml soy milk
30g natural tofu
4 tablespoons blueberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon of agave syrup
1 banana
Instructions:
Crumble tofu into bite-sized pieces and put into the blender. Add sliced banana, blueberries, chia seeds and agave syrup.
Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
