VEGAN CHOCOLATE COOKIES


Anyone who says they don’t like chocolate will change their mind after trying these cookies. Vegan, chocolate cookies which may become addictive ;p Don’t forget about your workout after having a few of them.




Recipe for 18-20 cookies
Ingredients:
250g wheat flour
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoons coconut oil
100g cacao
150g sugar
5 tablespoons canned coconut milk
Instructions:
Mix coconut oil with sugar. Add cacao and milk and continue mixing. Sift dry ingredients and add to the rest of the dough. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon or your hand. 



Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Make little balls (the size of walnut) with the dough and set on the baking tray covered in baking paper. Flatten each ball with your hand (not too much - we don’t want dry cookies). Bake for 15-20 minutes. Leave on a wire rack to cool.
*Cookies should be eaten within 2 days (as long as they are not eaten sooner:))
