After Easter food it’s time for some workout and light breakfast. Before or after workout you can always have delicious and nutritious smoothie made of soy milk and tofu. Drink your smoothies and recharge your batteries for the rest of the day!
Ingredients (Serves 2):
250 ml soy milk
1 banana
8 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
70g natural tofu
juice of 1 orange
Put banana, strawberries and tofu to a blender. Add orange juice and soy milk.
