RAW NUT BALLS

Today recipe for quick and easy dessert - gluten free and raw. It’s delicious and even though  it’s small, it’s very filling and nutritious :) Small is beautiful ;)




Ingredients (10 balls):
10 dried dates
2 handfuls walnuts
3 handfuls cashew nuts
2 tablespoons ground almonds
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon cacao powder
coconut shavings to roll


Put the dates in a bowl with very hot water and leave for 5 minutes. Peel the dates and blend. Ground the nuts in a a spice grinder. Mix all ingredients until a uniform mixture is achieved. Roll into small balls the size of a walnut. Roll each ball in coconut shavings. Store the balls in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
